Sellers are often unprepared for low appraisals.


Sellers will understand a value of their home from what a neighbour sold for, or what they have heard in the street. I often hear some of our skilled real estate agents say their vendors are shattered with their realistic appraisal as it does not go close to what another agent has promised.

In order to get the correct appraisal it is critical our three pillars of success are working together: Right agent, Right price, Right presentation..
