This was our clients’ mother’s property and it had been tenanted for a long time. The property was in a quite poor condition. We paid special attention to the period features including beautiful plaster works, floorboards, stained glass windows and the like. And with that special attention to colours and furniture, the property came up beautifully. This was an extremely rewarding sale for our clients.
