The home was in a really good condition. The owners took terrific care of it. We suggested architectural and building changes to really suit the lifestyle and needs of the family. The property was reconfigured with design assistance.

THE INSIDE STORY

The property was beautifully maintained, and this was a real case not serving the needs of the owners fully. We loved working for the clients and it was great fun to work out their needs and tailor a solution to serve them better. They have amazing taste and loved the changes that we suggested. They are really enjoying the results.

SERVICES ENGAGED

• Organise supplier to complete an accurate ‘measure up’ for concept design, and drafting.
• Organise a grad/Architect to provide a concept sketch of front of discussed house enhancements, as well as concepts of Master/Bedroom 2 into WIR & en-suite.
• Organise first and second suppliers to collaborate in order to complete the design.
• Assist with Joinery look and layout for final joinery design.
• Organise colour consultant to specify surface finish of joinery, major and feature colour/veneer, exterior wall colour, fence colour, sandstone section, gate colour.
• Commencement of building works and joinery construction and management
• Assistance with interior furnishing selection
