We can tell you the priorities in this visit and you can make the list of what to do. We will take you through the property as if we were a potential purchaser and tell you the things they will be looking for. For us, this is a ‘no strings’ advice and we will be up-front about what you need to do. Actioning the work after that is entirely your choice.
We consider property styling and/or renovating as an investment. And just like any other investment, the costs involved in our services is influenced by three factors: scarcity of resources, time of the year, and the services inclusions. Because we are transparent, you can see the costs associated with each of the service packages that we offer in our Services Page. At times, clients only need specific services included in a package. We can help with that, too.
If you only intend to present your property in its best light so that it gets sold or leased faster, you can consider booking for our Property Styling Packages. If you only intend to improve your property’s livability, you can consider booking for our Property Renovation Packages. However, there are times when it’s best to maximise the market value of a property. In this case, you can avail of our Styling and Renovation Packages. If you are a property owner who wishes to live in the same property, we can help introduce cosmetic improvements or help you create additional structural features on our property.
Typically, a property styling or renovation project can last between 4 to 6 weeks. We are an experienced team, so you can be assured it will be as quick as you like. However, the length of time it takes also depends on the needs of the client, budget and property. We have completed properties in one day and some projects take longer. We can speed things up by calling in the team! Many hands make light work.
