28 Oct Community Speaking at the Mosman Library
Today, Belinda Woolrych enjoyed this month’s Community Speaking: Let’s Talk Downsizing. This month was done for the Mosman Library.
Mental Health Month, held in October each year, gave us an opportunity to raise awareness about mental health and wellbeing. This year’s theme is “Share the Journey” and is all about ways we can connect with others, both for our own health and wellbeing, as well as theirs.
As part of this initiative, Belinda Woolrych gave a free community speaking about downsizing.
We would like to say thank you to all who attended this free community speaking and also Mosman Library for giving us the opportunity.
It’s always time to donate back to the community. Belinda Woolrych is on a mission to spread the word getting more out of life and retirement and the benefits of ‘Downsizing’ and ‘Rightsizing’. She regularly speaks for North Shore Seniors Groups, Libraries, and Community groups Centres as a volunteer. If you’re interested in having Belinda to speak for your community group, email us here for the next available spot.
