Has Autumn arrived?!  We wanted to be sure and remind you that Autumn is a wonderful time to act like its spring and clean, clean clean.  Now is as a good a time as any on the market and we are seeing results right now.

Cleanliness and smell are two major items that we find so often get overlooked – why let potential purchasers notice these negatives when they should be concentrating on the absolute positives at your property?  In spring people tend to have a positive outlook towards cleaning and decluttering. I say we carry that over and make Autumn the new Spring!  If you have a property on the market now is a great time to spot check everything and either hire someone to deep clean or get friends/family to pitch in and go go go!
